Delete your Speedfy account

How to delete your account in the app

1. Open the Speedfy app on your device and make sure you are logged in.
2. Go to Settings: tap the Settings tab (gear icon) at the bottom of the screen.
3. Scroll to the Account section at the bottom of the Settings page.
4. Tap "Delete Account & All Data", the red button below the Logout button.
5. Enter your password to confirm that you own the account.
6. Tap "Delete Forever" after reading the warning.
7. Your account and all associated data are deleted and you are logged out.

Cannot use the app?

Email info@iraady.com (or irankundaadolphe@gmail.com) or call +250 787 171 273. Include your registered email address and say that you want your account deleted. We process requests within 7 business days.

What gets deleted

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

• Account information: your email, name and profile data
• Trip history: all recorded trips and activities
• GPS data: all location tracking data and coordinates
• Statistics: all your distance, speed and calorie records
• Settings: your preferences and app settings
• Active sessions: you are logged out from all devices

Data retention

• Immediately: your account and personal data are deleted from our active databases.
• Within 30 days: copies in backup systems are permanently removed as part of regular backup rotation.
• Legal requirements: we may keep certain information if the law requires it (for example for tax or legal compliance). It is not used for any other purpose.

Delete only some data

To delete your trip history but keep your account, use "Clear All History" in Settings. You can also turn off location tracking at any time.
